Booking Procedure
Booking will be confirmed on
receipt of advance deposit only.
>> 20% of the fare to be paid at
the time of booking. .
>> 50% of the fare to be paid 60 days
prior to departure.
>> 30% of the fare to be paid 30 days prior to
departure.
Mode of Payment
Payments can
be made by America Express credit Card or through Swift money transfer.
Cancellation
Rules & Charges
Bookings will be cancelled only on
receipt of written requests.
Cancellation Charges will
be
>> 10% of ticket value charge, if booking cancelled
60 days prior to departure.
>> 20% of ticket value charge, if
booking cancelled 45-60 days prior to departure.
>> 30% of
ticket value charge, if booking cancelled 30-45 days before departure.
>> 50% of ticket value charge, if booking cancelled 15-30 days
before departure.
>> 100% of ticket value charge, if booking
cancelled less than 15 days before departure.
